Sarah is Property Shop's Customer Services Manager. With a strong sales background at area manager level, Sarah deals with all issues regarding our lettings business. She will help find the right property for you and guide you through our thorough procedures. Sarah also liaises with all landlords keeping them up to date and well informed on all matters
relating to their properties.

Philip, Steven's father, brings a wealth of experience to Property Shop. A born and bred Accringtonian, his role in accompanying potential purchasers and tenants around properties is enhanced by his detailed local knowledge. With a strong sales background, Philip also prepares the sales particulars for vendors, giving quality descriptions to all our properties encouraging effective viewings.
Philip, like other members of the Chippendale clan, also enjoys walking in the Lake District and, in his younger days, completed marathons as well as running the three Peaks!

Property Shop is fortunate to have its own superb in-house Accountant - Ann. Ann is an important part of our team, managing the finances and invoicing. After working as a financial auditor and tax adviser for an international firm of chartered accountants, Ann worked independently in South Africa for many years.
When Ann has time, she likes to help her husband with the running of the local Church. She also enjoys exploring the English countryside.

Sarah has worked in lettings and sales since 2006 and holds the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Before she moved into the property market, Sarah spent 17 years working in customer service. Sarah therefore brings a wealth of technical and support skills to her role at Property Shop. True to the Property Shop's 'family business' ethos, Sarah's husband James also works for Property Shop.
Keeping with the Property Shop stereotype, Sarah has two dogs that she enjoys walking on days out. Sarah and James also have two lovely children who aren't as keen on walking as the dogs are!

Jonathan has 10 years experience in office administration, 5 years experience living in the Hyndburn area, and a lifetime of experience living in Lancashire. Having found his current home through Property Shop Lettings, Jonathan has a unique perspective of both sides of the lettings process, giving him the ability to help both the tenant and the landlord. Jonathan's attention to detail means that he offers great customer service and a determination to help in any way that he can.
